Shipping Methods

Shipping costs are shown in the shopping bag and during checkout.

ITALY: free shipping and return
EUROPE: free shipping and returns for order over 400 euro. Below this thershold the shipping and return costs will be pay by costumer for 20 euro amount 
REST OF THE WORLD: shipping cost and returns will be pay by the costumer for 35 euro amount. 

All costs and customs duties are charged by the costumer.

 

Depending on the method chosen by the customer, shipping is carried out by DHL and FEDEX, the couriers chosen by OLUXURY.COM, directly to the shipping address. Delivery of goods to post office boxes is not provided.

Products sent to European Union countries will not contain an invoice detailing the value of the goods.

Purchases sent to all countries outside the European Union will always be accompanied by an invoice with the total cost of the product.

Purchases sent to the United States with a value greater than $800 will contain an invoice with the value of the goods, as required by the customs procedures.

OLUXURY.COM does not charge any additional import tax payable at the time of delivery, with the exception of the United States

Social Security Number

A social security number is required for US citizens and non-US citizens residing in the USA who are the final importers of the goods. OLUXURY.COM does not haver registered offices in the USA. In order to import foreign goods purchased on the internet, citizens must, if requested, provide their social security numbers to the courier or customs.

Citizens who do not possess one can provide a Customs Border Protection Number (CBP).

The procedure to request and obtain the CBP takes around 10 working days.

Delivery Time

All orders will be fulfilled within one working day after the order is received.

During sales, the order fulfilment time may be extended to 2-3 working days.

OLUXURY.COM is not responsible for delays due to causes of force majeure that are outside the company’s control, such as natural disasters, or delays caused by third parties, such as strikes, customs controls and operations.

  • European Union: Delivery in 1-2 working days, with the exception of remote locations.
  • USA: Delivery within 1 to 2 working days, with the exception of remote locations.
  • Other countries: Delivery within 1 to 5 working days.

Public holidays in Italy when the courier does not carry out shipments are:

Delivery Tracking

When the product is shipped, the customer will receive an email that will enable the shipment to be tracked using a tracking number. In the event of delays due to customs controls, the customer will be notified by the courier handling the delivery or by our customer service. A registered user can check the status of their order directly online by accessing the personal section of the website.

Order Delivery

When goods arrive, we advise customers to check that the package has not been tampered with and is not damaged. In such cases, customers may sign for receipt with reservation or reject the delivery.

If any part of a purchase is missing from the package, the packaging must be retained for further verifications.

Any complaint concerning the lack, damage or mistaken delivery of goods must be received by OLUXURY.COM at costumerservice@oluxury.com within a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery as shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Customers who place an order on OLUXURY.COM undertake to accept confirmation of the ordered goods. If a package was not delivered due to customer negligence (wrong address, recipient not available at the address, incorrect telephone number etc.), or if the customer rejects delivery, the costs will be charged to the customer and subtracted from any refund due. OLUXURY.COM will only ship orders to the original delivery address.

Shipment Documents for Exotic Pelts

Articles made with exotic hides from animals at risk of extinction, as well as from any other material mentioned in the Washington Convention, there is the legal requirement for additional documentation known as C.I.T.E.S for delivery outside of the European Union. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).

This document certifies that the garment was made from the hides of animals reared or captured in the wild specifically for trade. It is mandatory for the company to attach it to the package for destinations outside Europe.

Issuing this document is the responsibility of the State Forestry Department. In Italy, the procedure takes around 14 days.

Once this documentation has been obtained, OLUXURY.COM will ship the article along with the relevant document enclosed.

In some cases, customs may ask the customer for an import licence before the package can be cleared. Customers can apply for and obtain this licence directly through the competent office in their own countries (C.I.T.E.S. Management Authority) before the shipment of the article by OLUXURY.COM.

Any costs sustained in obtaining the licence will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by OLUXURY.COM

Order Cancellation

OLUXURY.COM offers customers the option of cancelling a purchase if an article has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer services department promptly at customerservice@oluxury.com to cancel an order before it has been prepared for shipping.

Dutties & Fees

On OLUXURY.COM the prices shown not concern any customs duties. Custom duties will be charged to the costumer.

U.S.A: Any additional local taxes that are not related to Customs duties cannot be included and are the Customer’s responsibility. OLUXURY.COM does not have offices in the USA and can neither collect nor pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Customer’s behalf. USA State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year. OLUXURY.COM cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances.

Please note, orders under $100 cannot be shipped to the United States of America.

Payments

Credit card: All transactionsare carried out through the Stripe service and they are encrypted, ensuring the maximum protection of data. OLUXURY.COM does not record information regarding credit cards used by customers. The transaction will be processed instantly as long as there are sufficient funds on the card for the purchase of the product and the bank details are valid.

In order to ensure greater protection of purchases, OLUXURY.COM advises its customers to sign up for the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make purchases in complete security.

PayPal: Customers can pay with their PayPal account directly from the shopping bag. We advise customers to register on the site and pay on the checkout page so that the orders are associated with their accounts and can be consulted in future in their own private spaces.

Payment on delivery: cash payment, only for orders within Italy. A charge of €5 is made for this payment method. The cost will be displayed automatically on the CHECKOUT page as soon as the payment method has been selected and will be included in the total order.

Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
All articles may be returned to OLUXURY.COM within 14 days from the date the product is received. To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The security thread on articles to be returned must be intact and not broken;
  2. The products must not have been washed, worn or used in any way;
  3. None of the labels or seals must have been removed from the garments;
  4. Products must be returned, undamaged, in their original packaging, without signs of wear and tear;
  5. Every garment must include all the accessories and the original packaging that was received with the order;
 
Returns Procedure

All customers who wish to return goods must write to the official email address: customerservice@oluxury.com

 

Customer services will give all the information necessary to proceed with return.

 

The return shipment must be made from the same country as the one to which the order was delivered, using the courier indicated in the authorisation email. If the customer sends the shipment with a different shipping label, we are not liable in the event of damage or loss of the package.

Return shipment is free within Italy if shipped with the shipping label attached to the authorisation email. For the rest of the world, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged when the refund is given for the returned article.

Oluxury will proceed to reimburse the amount of products returned exclusively in the currency in which they were purchased.

The deadline for shipping the return is 30 days from the date that the order was received.

OLUXURY.COM reserves the right to reject unauthorised returns or returns that do not comply with all of the established conditions.

In such cases, the order will be returned to the sender only after customer instructions for shipment have been received, at the latter’s expense. Otherwise, the article will be stored in our warehouses in Parma for 30 days. After 30 days, the customer will no longer be entitled to receive the article.

 

Refunds

OLUXURY.COM guarantees that it will issue a refund for returned articles that meet the conditions set out in the 'Returns Policy'.

The actual transfer of money will take place as soon as the garments arrive and are checked at the warehouse.

The refund will be available within around 10 days for orders paid for with a credit card.

For products purchased and paid for through PayPal, the amount will be returned to the customer’s PayPal account by us on the day that the return is accepted. The amount of time required for the actual transfer to the credit card associated with the PayPal account may vary depending on the banking circuit of the card used.

The refund will always be issued in the same currency as the purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

Refunds shall be made by OLUXURY.COM in accordance with article 56, paragraph I (of the Consumer Code) as quickly as possible (in any event, within 14 days from the date it is made aware of the return) and only on verification that the procedure has been correctly followed and the returned products have been checked.

For shipments of a value greater than 2,500 USD, the customs of the United States of America (U.S. Customs and Border Protection – CBP) may ask the customer for a Tax ID (EIN) or the Electronic Export Information (EEI).

 

OLUXURY.COM provides the following two types of compensation, in addition to refunds, for all purchases:

  1. STORE CREDIT: The customer will receive an email with a code that can be used for a purchase of an equal or higher value than the returned product.
  2. CHANGE OF SIZE: The customer can exchange an article for one in a different size. This service is only available for cases that do not involve customs costs.

Store credit cannot be accumulated and can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the actual return;

How to Purchase
General Sale Conditions

The products purchased on OLUXURY.COM are sold by Ò S.r.l., which exclusively sells proprietary products on the website to the 'End Consumer'.

 

The term 'Consumer' refers to any physical person who acts with purposes that are linked to their own commercial, business or professional activity that they may conduct.

OLUXURY.COM reserves the right not to accept orders from subjects that do not comply with its commercial policy.

Contract Instructions

To complete the purchase, the customer must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to OLUXURY.COM.

The customer can make a purchase on the site in two ways, as a REGISTERED USER and as a GUEST USER.

  • AS A REGISTERED USER: customers can choose to enter their own personal area by entering their email and password, or directly with their social profiles, and proceed with the purchase.
  • AS A GUEST: customers can choose to make the purchase without registering by simply entering their email address at the CHECKOUT in order to receive all the information concerning the order made, or use the “PayPal Express Checkout” option on the shopping bag page.

On the 'Destination & Payment' page, customers can enter the destination address, select the desired shipping method and continue with the payment to complete the order.

Before proceeding to purchase the products, the customer will be provided with a summary of the conditions and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal, as laid down by articles 52 and subsequent of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206 (of the Consumer Code).

The contract is concluded when the vendor receives, via digital transmission, the Order Confirmation.

By sending the Order Confirmation, customers confirm they have read and accepted the COMMERCIAL, ORDERS & SHIPMENTS, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICIES and the PRIVACY POLICY.

Should the products displayed on the OLUXURY.COM website no longer be available in the warehouse, it will be the responsibility of customer service to promptly send a notification via email.

The vendor will arrange to refund, without delay, the full amount paid by the customer and the contract will be understood to have been terminated between the parties.

Promotional Codes

Customers may receive promotional codes from OLUXURY.COM, via the newsletter on social networks, which may be used for any purchase on the site. The code is valid for a set period with a start and end date and its use cannot be extended beyond the indicated time limits. The customer can enter this code during checkout, after choosing and selecting an article. However, all orderd mede with a promotional code do not provide for the costumer the possibility of purchasing more sizes of the same item. Moreover some designers could be excluded from the commercial promotional policies. A promotional code may be used in conjunction with store credit.

Images, descriptions and details of each individual product are available on the site. To help choose the right size, an appropriate consultation table is available. For further information, the customer can click on DETAILS available for each individual product.

Buy & Order
  • How can I place an order?

Here is a simple guide:

  1. Choose a product category from the menu at the top.
  2. If you wish, you can filter results with the menu on the left.
  3. Choose the article you would like in order to display its product sheet.
  4. Select the size of the chosen product and click on the item “ADD TO CART”; if you want to continue shopping, repeat step 1
  5. Click on the shopping bag icon at the top right to display the content of the cart and proceed to its page.
  6. Check the content of the cart and the total amount, which also includes the delivery costs, and click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to continue.
  7. If you have not yet logged in, you will be directed to a page where you can proceed to CHECKOUT as a guest, by entering your email, or where you may log in or register. We advise you to register if you have not done so before.
  8. Enter your address, choose your preferred method of payment and a shipment type. Your order will be completed.
  • Do I have to have an account in order to complete my order?

By creating an account on our website, you can access a personal area, where you can add the articles you like to your wish list and make purchases easily. However, you can choose to complete your order without registering, as a GUEST. The only thing you will need is an email address in order to receive information concerning your order.

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add other products to an order that has already been sent but you can create a new one for any additional garments. OLUXURY.COM offers customers the option of cancelling an order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer services department promptly at customerservice@oluxury.com to cancel an order before it has been prepared for shipping.

  • I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do?

On the ACCESS form, click on “Forgotten your password?”. Please enter your email address and you will receive an email with the instructions to follow.

Product Availability
  • Where can I find advice on sizes?

On every product sheet, we provide a 'Sizes Guide', a table with size conversions and measurements in centimetres and inches. On the product sheet, select the item “DETAILS” where, in the size and fit fields, we give the measurements of the model in the photograph. If this information is missing, please send an email to customerservice@oluxury.com

  • What do I do if my size is not available?

If you want to be notified when the article is available again, select the size and add it to your WISH LIST.

  • Can I reserve an article and complete the order at a later date?

Unfortunately not. If you add a product to the SHOPPING BAG or the WISH LIST, this does not mean it has been reserved. To facilitate the shopping procedure for all customers, we do not allow garments to be reserved for future purchase.

  • How will my order be packaged at the time of delivery?

Your order will be packaged in an anonymous box but we assure you that it will arrive in excellent condition in order to guarantee you an additional shopping experience. If the designer label provides them, other types of packaging or the brand’s own protective bags will be included.

  • How much time do I have to return the article?

If you wish to return an article, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. You must request authorisation for the return. Read more in the RETURNS & REFUNDS section

  • When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be available in around 10 days for garments purchased with a Credit Card; for products purchased with PayPal and by Bank Transfer, the total amount will be refunded to the account within no more than 14 days. OLUXURY.COM guarantees that you will be refunded as soon as the garments have arrived and been checked at the warehouse.

  • How do I prepare the purchased garment for return?
If you wish to return an article, after requesting it through your personal area or in the item 'Guest Return', our customer service will send you a detailed email with all the instructions to follow, including those concerning the preparation of the garment. Shipping, Parcel Delivery Time & Fees
  • What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for each order will vary, depending on the type and destination. This information will be displayed to you on the shopping bag and checkout pages before payment.

  • How long will it take before I receive the products?

All orders will be fulfilled within one working day following their receipt. Depending on the chosen shipment type and the destination country, OLUXURY.COM guarantees different times. We therefore advise you to consult our delivery times section for more information.

  • Can I track my order?

You certainly can. When your purchase has been forwarded to and acquired by our system, you will receive an email that will allow you to track the status of your order using a tracking code
