Balenciaga Fashion house founded in 1917 by the Spanish designer Cristóbal Balenciaga, now resides in Paris. Balenciaga "redesigns" the concept of femininity and the female silhouette, but has taken fashion beyond its borders by creating works of art that escape classification.
