The first Ò fashion store opened in 1994 in a suburban workshop in Parma where the avant-garde collections of Dries van Noten, Comme Des Garçons, Miyake and Yamamoto began to appear. Today, there are 10 boutiques selling traditional and contemporary luxury clothing and accessories.

At OLUXURY.COM, our buyers select articles from the new collections of the biggest, most long-established and sought-after fashion designers, ensuring that our customers enjoy an exclusive shopping experience.


Our customer services operate from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CET*, dealing exclusively with questions concerning OLUXURY.COM. You can contact customer services at customerservice@oluxury.com. We do not offer a telephone customer service.

Please do not use social networks for any customer service questions, since they are managed by different teams and cannot offer any assistance.

In order to speed up responses to your queries regarding orders and returns, it is important to state the order or return number. We generally respond to an enquiry within one working day.
